Refund Policy

We hope you will love your new purchase as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have 10 days to return your goods. For a full refund or exchange, the items you ordered must be returned in perfect and unused condition within 10 days of receipt. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and please specify if you want to exchange the item or a refund. Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded unless the item/s is defective. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Email to get the process started, with the subject "Refund Request - (Your Name)" or "Exchange Request - (Your Name)"
  2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box
  3. Include a note in the box specifying if it is a return or exchange
    -- For exchanges, tell us which item/colour you'd like to exchange for
  4. Close the box and seal it securely
  5. Send it back to the Monsieur Fox team at the address provided via email.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for this to appear on your bank statement. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unless otherwise indicated, only regular priced items may be refunded as sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Claims/Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or otherwise faulty product you are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if no longer available receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 10 days of receiving the faulty product. Where you have returned a Product in any other circumstances (which includes rejecting a defective Product more than a reasonable time after receipt), any refund will be at our discretion. If we do agree to provide a refund, we will not refund the cost of delivery to you and we will not reimburse the cost incurred by you in returning the Product. 



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
