Mechanical Wonders Collection

Inspired by 19th century drawings of flora and fauna, with mechanical gears worked into the wings and bodies, representing the wild and wonderful drawings of explorers in a time when photography and videography was not an option; the scientist became artist, and had full control over what his findings looked like to the world back home.  

We thought they would make a fascinating collection, an interesting and curious homage to the spirit of exploration and artistic fancy.
